Mentor and Coach, Your Team

Be A Good Mentor and Coach to Your Team: A key responsibility of a technical lead is to mentor and coach their team members to help them grow professionally and technically. Take the time to get to know each team member's strengths and weaknesses and create a plan to help them improve their skills.
